ThomasLArrick_1932Professor Thomas Larrick attended the University of Kansas, where he received two bachelor’s degrees and two graduate degrees in architecture and engineering. After serving as a draftsman on the Midwest architect’s office, he opened his own office in 1932 as an engineer in Lawrence, Kansas, where he stayed for seven years. During this time he designed the Old City Auditorium at Gardner. Before coming to UF in 1946, he served as a department chair at Ohio University and as a member of the Army Corps of Engineers during World War II.
